Fruit flapjack super healthy and easy to make
All you need is love..and some fruits and seeds ;-)
I used kiwi, apple, strawberry, banana, linseed, liquid honey, almond flakes, crushed nuts, a bit of coconut oil (melted) and dash of himalayan pink salt. Mix it well in a bowl.
Preheat your oven to 180 C or 350 F. Line your baking tray with parchment paper. Pour the content of your bowl and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until it reaches desired consistency.
Cool it and cut it into small pieces.
Wrap in individual foil to make a perfect take away snack.
