Flamenco guitar lessons

The flamenco music is so diverse, many different styles in Spanish called "palos".
What they have in common is the rhythm "compas". A clock is often used to show the 12 beats and where the accents are.

This first introduction is over an soleares style, one of the most traditional style there's.

Example of the compas;

1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 or
1 2 3 1 2 3 1 2 1 2 1 2

So twice 123 and 3x 12
The accent is on 3 6 8 10 12 or twice on the 3 and 3x on the 2.

Try to practice with a metronome or a backing track for soleares. I will put an example with it.
