RE: @haejin now targetted by @sadkitten
It'd be great if you could spare a few upvotes a week on one someone else, as you know, it's one of the main reason the STEEM you're milking has any value whatsoever.
Not to take sides, or anything, you know I like you. But I'm not sure about this quote.
Of course, none of us can really say for sure. But I feel STEEM only has value because some Koreans decided to pump a random coin. I doubt the happenings on steemit.com have any real impact on the price.
I could be wrong, of course.
But it would indeed by a weird occurrence if a coin had value due to the fact that it's given out for free to shitposters.
Who knows.
Agreed
Did you fail to witness that this post is about a direct contradiction of what you're saying?
I consider everyone on Steemit a shitposter. Myself included. None of us are creating "value". Maybe some devs. Those that actually produce something other than mere promises. But that's another post entirely.
I thought the steem recipe for "currency value" was to first get enough diversity of people actively engaged and with coin and then integrate services that allows for actual currency usage. Is that not what we're doing here? At least one piece of the master plan anyway. Hmm actually what I just said is consistent with your statement too. Carry on!

I disagree big time, there is an whole complete art section which i like to see.
If you like reading their are decent writers. Maybe not much, but i dont like everything at Youtube neither. Thats normal. And apparently if you look at Steemfest people like to meet up.
So imo There is def value made on this site and not only from devs.. I don't even know 1 dev nor what he/she did.
Peace
Then why Ethereum has any value since it's given away to people wasting up energy and graphics cards for computing random stuff?
I tend to think that what makes Steem valuable and what represents a huge potential in its price, is this community that we have here...
Just to make my point clear, on facebook there are a lot of shitposters. Almost everybody. And still, facebook is worth billions. Good or bad, it only matters how many of users the platform has, and how engaged they are. Then they will attract people wanting to pay money for advertisement. Then some of them will buy Steem and promote shitty ads, and we all will be living happily in a shitty platform, but unlike facebook, in a decentralized one. Still shitty, but you are free to post anything you want, and without it being so intrusive.
Because markets are weird. Especially in crypto.
