I don't know. Haejin/Rancho has been dealing with this directly for a while now and he is happy to invest. He knows his actions are suppressing the price of Steem, but he continues because he wants to siphon off as much as he can before he dumps it. By venturing to stop these actions, we are actually protecting HIS investment (along with everyone else). A real investor would appreciate this. However since haejin is only a speculator and not a rel investor, he is not worried about the long term sustainability of Steem.
