FAW UnderGround Tank Ranks Payouts are In Progress!
The first round of transfer of SBD have been kicked off for the Flag-A-Whale tank ranks. Finally!
I know it's about damn time. Let's just say we have been busy with concurrent moderation projects. As for this payout, we cut a few inactive accounts from the payout list in order to be able to reward more active plankton and minnows that did not meet the $0.001 SBD threshold.
Additionally, the payout model has been modified per the guidance of @transisto to allocate more to lower SP holders to encourage flaggy participation. Decentralization of moderation and quelling bad behaviors is the goal. This is our alt account.
We imagine once we ramp up operations that we will get flak but that's ok. When one of our accounts gets wasted, we just create another.... and another... and another. I'm sure you get the drift.
If you have received a payout, you are part of the Flag-A-Whale underground. I do appreciate any upvotes so as to uparmor this account for contingency planning as well as secure necessary bandwith for operations. All support is appreciated.
Anyways, once the transfers complete, additional reports will be published for tracking and to further develop this effort.
To further incentivize developing this project, future payouts will be limited to those that support the movement. If you have not, that will be considered an opt out.

Lastly, I forgot to mention that in order for accounts that do not meet the threshold to get paid. They must be an active voter on the blockchain. That means within the last 3 days or 259199 seconds.
