Wonderfull workout today: 12 kg kettlebell. Buddy was a kick as woman and did 24 kg.

Workout 1:
350 meter row
2x20 Russian twist
3x20 kettlebell swings

Workout2:
300 meter row
Kettlebell lifts to shoulder ( 2x20)
Ring rows ( 20)

Workout 3:
250 m row
2x20 kettlebell 8
1x 10kcal skiing ( machine)
Workout 4;
200 meter row
20 lunge R, squat, lunge L

I’ll omit rowing and skiing: reps 240
