I just go to the gym for deadlifts (110% body weight). Do 50-100 and call it a day. Sometimes I mix in farmers walk (20kg each hand).
PS is that you in the picture? Those abs! Like the people in movies lol
Yes it is me on the photo. And you should do different exercises to balance it out. Doing just one muscle group can be bad in the long run.. some key muscles get shorter and others that aren't worked on - weaker. This may cause postural problems and pain. Deadlifts are a great exercise though.. just keep your back safe! :)
