Leg press-30 reps (3 sets of 10)
Lunges-60 reps (3 sets of 20)
Box knee kicks-30 reps( 3 sets of 10)
Kettle bell squats-30 reps (3 sets of 10)
Ended with some quick foot work of toe taps- 60 rep
Total: 250 reps
