Hi! I don't know if this is fast forward but any way. Make sure you go slowly from ground till mid patella. Keep focus to have weight on whole feet. Bar goes straight up...so hips come to bar not bar in hips.
There are some good app for apple and android where you can track the bar and see if technique is good;)
