DAY 12 OF MY 200 DAY BODY TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE
Day 012/200
1st March
Todays Warmup (30 Min)
- 10 Minutes skipping
- 20 Twisting lunges
- 20 Gun Slinger
- 20 Rear leg Swings
After a good warm up session ready for the main session
Main Session (45 Minutes)
- 4 Minutes cast lunges
1 minute Rest - 4 Minute Step Up
1 Minute rest - 4 Minute Rotating plan
1 Minute rest - 4 Minute Single Strap Rows
1 Minute Rest
I had to Repeat the following for another round
After that was the warm down
- Upward facing dog
- Downward facing dog
because time was against us we had to cut down on the warm down but never the less it was a great session
My goal as I said is to inspire fellow Steemians on the @steem platform to live a healthy lifestyle and to become physically fit for the benefit of yourself and your future , i personally want to be fit for the sake of my Sons future he is my biggest motivator in all of this . hes energetic and sporty therefore I need to keep up as I get older .
