Hi I'm Vince Condarcuri, Personal Trainer & Fitness Author: This is my Introduction
My fitness journey began at the age of seven, when I started playing competitive soccer. I have traveled to various countries for showcase tournaments in front of university and professional scouts. I also took up running on the side, where I trained as a 100 m sprinter for track and field. Although soccer is my first passion, I craved a new challenge after playing for so many years; therefore I hung up my cleats. I decided to pursue a university education and become a certified personal trainer.
I have a solid understanding of the hard work that needs to be put in in order to achieve fitness goals. I myself have been many different weights over the past three years, with my weight ranging from 135 to 180 pounds – done deliberately (no yo-yo dieting nonsense) depending on my fitness goals. I have learned through personal experience which
techniques work best for my body type. I have also learned through others, and through courses, what techniques work best for other body types. I hope to inspire others to reach their fitness goals and to become the strongest person they can be – body & mind.
Philosophy
Emphasize a lifestyle change. There is no such thing as a quick fix with lasting results. It takes time to create healthy habits, but unhealthy habits will take time away. If you don’t love exercising or eating properly you are going to LEARN to love it. The same way you have to get up to go to work, you have to get up to come train. You have to! The more time you spend making excuses, the harder it becomes to achieve your fitness goals. So let’s get started.
