My Daily Challenge Completed - 120 reps:
-50 Two-Handed Shoulder Front Overhead Plate Raises (25 pounds)
-24 Two-Handed Shoulder Front Overhead Plate Raises (2 plates together = 50 pounds)
-46 Overhead Two-Handed Tricep Hammer Plate Preses (25 pounds)
