If you travel continuously and do not work out due to this, then there is no need to worry. The rope used to jump by the kids can be a better tool, which can be easily taken anywhere.It can be fit to fit yourself by doing some exercises for 15 minutes. Exercise can be exercised in most parts of the body, including shoulders, arms, waist. If you do not want to exercise cardio or body weight, then some of these 15 minutes exercises are included in your routine, You can see its effect in your body.


It has five movements of one minute, which is to be done in three circles, it will take 15 minutes.

  • Basic Jump Rope - Warm up the body from the movement of jumping rope. Keep in mind that the elbow, waist, and left should be in the angle of 90 degrees, shoulder is directly above the hips. Try to jump 120 times in 1 set. Jump continuously for a minute without any interruption.
  • Jump Rope In And Outs - Hold both the ends of the rope with the hand and now by holding both the ropes upwards, the body has to bow down and then turn left. After this, take the hands up and then bring them down.By doing this movement, good coordination is made with rope. The thing to keep in mind is that keeping the thighs tight while jumping the rope.
  • Arms And Abs Squeeze - it is based on Exercise Abs and Arms. In it, the shoulders should be kept wide with the feet. Now fold the rope by holding both hands and knocking it first. This makes exercise of back biceps and triceps.
  • Jump Over - Hart rate increases by jumping back and forth. This exercise improves the body's balance and increases the efficiency of the body. Fold the rope and keep it in the middle and jump around it. This is to be done one minute continuously.
  • Stability lung - Fold the rope and hold both hands. Straighten the arms up the rope. After this, the first right foot raised to 90 degrees. Take the left to the bottom and try to take the rope off the feet. Do the same process with the other leg.
