Training Abs 5 days a week...heavy!

So I do full body workouts 2 to 3 times a week. And the rest of the days I do abs. I don't do crazy amount of sets to feel fatigued the next day, but it is enough to feel like a good ab workout.

I do heavy abs training. I am trying to make these abs grow while re-comping because then my abs are more likely to show if they are well developed.

Here is what I did last time.

  • Weighted crunches, 20kg, 2 sets of 6 reps

  • Weighted floor leg raises with slow negatives , 4kg, 2x6

  • Weighted plank 20kg 1set of 20 seconds

I want to see how this works out in the coming weeks and months. I did high rep stuff, but eventually I feel that I need to progress with heavier weights. And the goal is to be able to do high reps with these heavier weights.
