Today I progressed in my workouts
I did the following today:
Overhead press @37kg (29 reps in 5 minutes, with first 11 reps in 1 go).
Incline close grip push ups 3x5 in 2 minutes
Pull ups 23 in 15 minutes
Shrugs @ 77kg @ 38 reps in 5 minutes
Lunges 3x4 @ 17kg
ATHLEAN X 22 days ab workout
I am looking to constantly make progress. I am enjoying working out at home.
