Detox the body
Today in our daily life we face many toxic chemicals through air pollution and water pollution.so we need to detoxify the body.here are some tips.
1 start your day with lukewarm warm added with lemon.
2 eat raw vegetables .
3 eat fresh fruits.
4 drink plenty of water.
5 do yoga and exercise daily.
6 use green tea instead of regular tea.
7 drink milk with turmeric and cinnamon powder.
8 always stay happy.
9 make detox water using mint and cucumber.
