Does SEX or MASTURBATION affects your fitness goal?

This question generally comes to mind whenever anyone is ready to achieve their fitness goal i.e. weight loss or muscle gain. So does sex or masturbation really affects your fitness goal? If it affects, it affects your weight loss goal or muscle build goal? Can we do sex or masturbate while we are undergoing training? If we can do then how many times in a week?

All your doubts are going to be cleared by this post with the answer to the above questions below:

So, yes it does affect your fitness goal i.e. both fat loss/weight loss or muscle build if not controlled or not done under a limit.

Actually, the main thing which is important for fitness is the testosterone which helps in muscle build and also in fat loss and the most important thing sperm formation. But for a human body, the priority is sperm formation so once sperm is ejaculated, testosterone helps in forming the sperm which stops building muscle tissue.In life, sex is more important than muscle building or fat loss. And the sperm formation takes at least 24 hours after ejaculation and the time also depends on the sperm count. More masturbation less sperm count.

So can we have sex or masturbation while undergoing training for muscle building or weight loss? The answer is YES but under a limit. We can do at least 1-2 times a week so that both the sperm formation and muscle formation can happen side by side.

My advice is be focused towards your goal and can have sex at least once per week because sex is important.

SEX IS IMPORTANT NOT MASTURBATION.
