Hi Allison. You need to push gamer very hard on his next session with you. He said the first session was very easy and is looking forward to being pushed harder.
My arms are a bit sore, so are my pectorals, back not so much, but there is some tension that feels like I have to force myself to straighten my back and pull my shoulders back, especially when driving.
I spent the whole morning shooting birds in Valkjärvi, Vierumäki, walking in forests and uneven terrain. I wonder if that counts as cardio. Not sure if I managed to break a decent sweat though unless we count getting heated in the sun.
When I left, I bought a greek salad and a chicken sandwich from a grocery, coupled with a cucumber & melon oat smoothie for lunch. I do have some re-arranging to do if I'm to eat a snack before lunch, and as I'm often on the move before noon, I am not sure if I get to make my own lunches very often, but I will definitely try. 10 eggs for breakfast sounds a bit excessive though. ;)
You did legs the other day because gamer was stiff. Now he will be stiff up top. It took me about 3 sessions to work through the stiffness and it became easier after that.
No pain no gain. Just watch the next time you do upper body exercises it will be a lot easier. You haven't used your muscles like that in a long time so you are training them. Next week you will be fine.
You are the first Steemian I can claim at least partial credit for onboarding! I remember being the first one of @gamer00 and I to open my mouth on the topic of Steem as the supreme content creator's platform when we met at the gym the other day. Again, you are most welcome here. Do not shy away from any questions if you need help.
Thank you so much for giving me an opportunity to believe in this platform, I had made the account in May of 2017, but I was not interested or didn't know how it worked, now I am willing to learn everything about Steemit!
But it really doesn't even take belief in the platform for someone to want to blog on it. You can see $$$ stack up with your own eyes. ;)
Steemit.com is only one user interface to the Steem blockchain. There are hundreds of applications that access it of which Steemit.com just happens to be the most popular. If you prefer another UI for blogging, you might want to check out busy.org, too. Or you can install eSteem on your mobile phone. DTube is used for video hosting and DSound is used for sound file hosting. Utopian is a service for open source software creators where the code is stored on the blockchain and where the creators get paid in STEEM and Steem Backed Dollars. You can also use Wordpress for blogging on Steem via the SteemPress plugin. I'm not even aware of everything there out there these days in addition to a large number of statistical and reporting apps that pull data from the blockchain.
I just want to say hi. Hear about you on @gamer00 's steemit. Keep writing about gym and fitness - i need motivation to workout because it's a little hard with a 4 months old son :) Wish you all good.
That is amazing to hear that someone would be interested on my content. I had 2 kids also, 3 year old and 5 months old. Needless to say, I will definitely post about my workout routines and diet tips :D. I am also on Instagram, where at the moment I am the most active. https://www.instagram.com/allydivs/
Everyone is waiting for my updates to my gym project, and my "transformation"... so while I'm yet in my first steps into fitness, I re-steemed your post, you being my personal trainer and all.
And to everyone who's following me, please meet Allyson, my PT!
He could do with some advice concerning the usage of Steemit, and the steem blockchain. If you have any tips, now would be a great time to share them with him! I'll be dropping some upvotes your way when you do! :)

I will definitely give him a harder workout :D
Did I really say that?
No, but it is funny.
Today we had upper body workout, let see how he feels tomorrow :D

You should go get a massage ;)
Or you know.. A visit to a hot bath / sauna.

Now my arms are in pain. Does the hurt really have to wait until it's the evening of the next day?

Usually the soarness comes the day aftet, but of course you can have it during the working day 😊

That's commendable.

Welcome to steemit @omsoc! Hyvä Lahti! :D
Hi! I also need routine exercises!!
Luckily I am far away from being pushed into doing all those strenuous exercises you made @gamer00 did!
I notice you are not using all five tags!
Do use all the five tags so that your posts will appear in more places for people to see.
How about adding ‘health’ as the fifth tag?!
Good luck!
Thank you so much for the tip!
Looks good mate. Give it horns and don't let gamer off easy.
Today @gamer00 and I had an upper workout session, hopefully he won't be so soar tomorrow :D
He'll become addicted once the results start coming around 10 to 12 weeks. Enjoy
How many workouts and time. But the relief is present.
I workout about 4-5 times a week 💪🏼
