Valentines Treat not cheat!
I made the choice to keep my holiday dinner simple yet satisfying because I’m trying to lose fat. Kale salad with feta, strawberries, apples, and shrimp. And of course for dessert, a wonderful house Pinot Noir.

Thanks. I'm no fan of kale, but the salad looks lovely. I especially like your idea that you can make satisfying, weight-loss food. I'm all about that. I'm just not all about kale. :)
