My booty workout!

I had a great workout today!
So I just wanted to share it with you guys!
And here is my full leg workout!

  1. Banded Squats- warmup
  2. Squats- 4*115-20
  3. Vertical Leg Press on Smith Machine- 3_8-10, 3_8-10 each leg for one legged. This exercise feels amazing and BURN
  4. Dead Lift - 4*20
  5. Hip Thrusts on leg extension- 3*12
  6. Wall Sits- Burnout

That was something that I usually don’t do, but I really did enjoy it and all muscles felt amazing! Hope you all like it!
