UPDATE: The 10000km challenge & plankchallenge

Day  169 of the 10000km challenge:
Just done40  km, so there is  45km left for this week.  That means -45 km I take into the new week
Left total  5199km

Also did my planks
3x 1:10min

Have you done your sport already? And if:  How often do you do exercises a week?
