UPDATE: The 10000km challenge & plankchallenge

Day  163 of the 10000km challenge:
Just done  40 km, so there is  245 km left for this week.
Left total 5399 km

Also did my planks
Just done 3x 1:05min

Have you done your sport already? And if:  How often do you do exercises a week?
