9-week Program- FASTPHYSIQUE

This week marks the 6th week of a 9 week program called FastPhysique. It was created by Jill Coleman of Jillfit.com . I love this program because it incorporates everything I enjoy and don't enjoy doing in a matter of 45 minutes. Only 45 minutes! The guideline of the program is broken down like this:

  • 10 min HIIT Cardio (interval sprints, intervals on the stair master, intervals incline walking)
  • Heavy compound exercise- pyramid weight up and reps down 12, 9, 6, 3, 12 (barbell squats, deadlifts, overhead press, bench press)
  • Tri-set, 10 reps, 4 sets (auxiliary work ie lat pull down, dumbbell flies, dumbbell rows etc)
  • 5 min burnout (squat jumps, push ups, dips etc)

This is all done in 45 minutes! It's amazing how much can be accomplished in such a short period of time. I love how this program makes me feel and I love the results I'm seeing from it.
