It’s taken me a long time to figure out a few things- and I still have a long way to go.
But, considering that I train 5 days a week, eat a healthy & sustainable diet during the week, have had some weekends where I don’t follow a plan at all and eat what I feel like, cardio twice a week, high stress levels from day to day demands (which I’m working on), train no longer than 45-60min at a time, I’m happy with where I find myself physically.
