In his eBook Ulisses Jr presents his training program and diet plan, it contain also Ulisses’ stretching and cardio protocol. The training program consists of 12 weeks divided in two blocks: The first includes all the exercises in a rep range of 12 to 15 and the second in the 15 to 20 rep range. The diet plan is adjusted to bodyweight (70 KG, 80 KG, 90 KG).
