It helps prevent overeating but also lets you take in smaller more frequent meals.

I lost 80 pounds after having my first baby. Pregnant again now- but still trying to maintain these healthy habits!

Yes, it does... like a current obsession with carbs. I am doing my very best to balance it with lots of fruits, veggies, and proteins though! Looking forward to reading the rest of your posts.
