Have you tried a mystery run?
I have. And I LOVED it! Nike Run Club offers tons of guided or coached runs of varying length and difficulty. I came across one called Mystery Speed Run and was intrigued that it did not detail out anything about the run except the total length of 26 minutes. So I decided to give it a chance and have Nike Running UK Coach Cory guide every part of my run.
I was pleasantly surprised how fun the run was! Coach Cory would announce when to start running a pace and check in from time to time keeping me guessing as to how long the interval would be. The intervals varied in length and included the usual 10K, 5K, 1 Mi and celebration paces. I liked pushing myself hard during the interval waiting for his cue. I’ve noticed Nike Run Coaches like to talk, a lot. So I liked that Coach Cory was less chatty, would give the cue, tease that the interval may or may not be ending, laugh and leave me to the run and music. If you haven’t tried this run, I highly encourage you to!

My pleasure! Hope they are helpful :)
That's an interesting concept. Were you on a treadmill or outdoors?
I thought so too! I was outdoors.
