Progress update!
I haven't posted much about my fitness journey lately, mainly because there hasn't been much to post. I have kind of just been at a stand still where I haven't been gaining or losing weight. Recently I have just been maintaining more so than anything else, while I just enjoyed my some what of a summer vacation, going down to the beach and fishing every weekend! I am still working out around 4 days a week, and eating pretty much anything I want as long as I'm not gaining too much weight. For now this is working for me, and I don't see a reason to change too much any time soon. I will eventually start trying to lose weight again, but for now I'm taking a break from the exhaustion of dieting and training hard 6-7 days a week!
