Body weight workout are one of my favorite. I want to share some of the Best workout you can do with no weight or stepping foot in the gym.Add this to weekly routine and you'll se the differences.

High Knees 1:00
50 push ups
20 dips
20 laying leg raises
50 sit ups
100 squat
REST 3 MINUTES repeat x 2
