Building Bigger Arms Naturally

When it comes to armday things tend to get real serious, because I want big arms and I have been training my ass off the last 5 years to get these puppies naturally. What makes armday so fun is the insane pump you get,but you gotta work for it man!
I've done many arm routines but the routine that works the best for me is to superset biceps and triceps throughout your workout to maximise your arm pump.

As you can see in the photo, I had an absolutely filthy arm pump!

Here'sthe routine I followed today to achieve this pump fom the Gods xD

  1. Straight bar tricep pushdowns and chinups superset - 3 sets
  2. Rope pushdowns superset with rope curls - 4 sets
  3. Lying tricep dumbell extension superset with barbell curls - 4 sets
  4. Concentration curls superset with tricep pushdowns, but doing dropsets on both to finish of the arms and destoy them completely -3 sets
