I try to do at least 15 to 30 minutes of exercise each day. I wear leg weights most of the day ( 5 lbs on each leg), do a lot of walking, try to raise my heart rate that 15 to 30 minutes.
Unfortunately due to an AC joint Separation I find push-ups painful on my right shoulder, some still trying to search for good exercise that won't put too much damage on that joint.
That being said burpies are fun!
You can join step challenge if you do a lot of steps as you say
