Leg day ! Why do people hate it so much? Would you rather look like a chicken with small legs or a bull with huge legs?
I always do some sort of warm up before i start a workout and on leg days i like to use the stepper for 10 mins to get more blood into the muscles. I like to always start with a compound exercise and finish off with a few isolated exercises such as leg curls.
For my deltoids i love doing the shoulder presses, along side shrugs. These sort of exercises help grow the muscles while bulking due to it working on a different variety rather than one muscle at a time (for example; shrugs hit the traps, upper back and core)

Legs

Squats - 4 sets of 8 reps
Leg curls - 4 sets of 8 reps ( 3 drop sets from highest weight)
Calf raise - 3 sets of 12 reps

Shoulders

Seated shoulder press - 3 sets of 8 reps (3 drop sets from heighest weight)
Shrugs - 3 sets of 8 reps (3 drop sets from heighest weight)
Side lateral raise - 3 sets of 8 reps (3 drop sets from heighest weight)
