Being vegetarian is a good choice but what about vitamin b12 which only found in non veg foods. Milk and dairy products cant replace it. So sometimes its ok to eat non veg for good health otherwise you can also take oral suppliments for this.

Yes, but its not Vegetarianism.

@herbalmedicine there is not substitute of B12 so we should take from fish oil that's why have to depend on that :) I hope you get it

Yes thats the drawback of Vegetarianism.
As i said sometime you have to take non veg like fish oil or chiken mutton or b12 suppliments. So being vegetarian is somewhat difficult for b12.

@herbalmedicine just go through my article again there are more benifits then non veg diet but there are some limitations too.
