Work it!!! Whilst instructors are outside the pool for better view, we were all inside the pool. The benefits of working out in the pool are:-

  1. Less injury to joints and muscles.
  2. Slow but big effort.
  3. Burned more calories than out of water.
  4. Fun, not sweaty.

Some people follow from above the pool. Well, one or two women didn't have the proper swimwear to go into the pool. This pool manager insisted that pool users must wear their own swimming trunks, swimsuits or bikini. Those who wear tee shirt, jeans pants or cotton materials, must not use the pool.

We also had so much fun and laughter while enjoying this work out!!!
