Daily Challenge completed - 421 Reps

2 Hours in my Gym:
Lunges - 10 reps
Headstand - 8 reps
Crawling - 20 reps
Wheelbarrow - 10 reps
Wheelbarrow with AB-Wheel - 20 reps
Bridge - 5 reps
Diver - 10 reps
Shoulder Pushup - 20 reps
Turkish Getup KB 22-28-32-28-32 kg, each left/right - 12 reps
Barbell Press 35 kg x 5, 4 sets - 20 reps

L-sit x 10, 2 sets - 20 reps
L-sit x 7, 2 sets - 14 reps
GobletSquat 30 kg x 5, 4 sets - 20 reps
MountainClimbers x 10, 4 sets, 40 reps
Chinups x 5, 4 sets, 20 reps
Finisher was a complex 3 round workout with two Kettlebell, each 20kg:
5 Double KB Swing, 10 m FarmersWalk
5 Double KB Swing, KB Clean, 10 m KB CleanWalk
5 Double KB Swing, KB Clean an Press, 10 m KB Overhead Walk
Total Complex 141 reps.
