Dear fitness lovers

This is a short video of me. I like to use my hula hoop for fitness. I have chosen one of the hottest day of the year but don't mind it at all. You don't get so many days like this in London. After a very cold winter this weather is a gift from the One above and I intend to enjoy every moment.
