10 Reasons you can't lose body fat
#1) Your calories are too high
-On a very simple level it's calories in vs. calories out
#2) Eat the right foods and keep it simple
-Choose high qualities veggies/greens and meats if you choose to
-Include nutrient dense foods but keep an eye on the caloric intake
-Make sure it keeps you full!
#3) Change what your doing!!
-Try new methods, make it easy enough to implement into your lifestyle and you will stick to
#4) Drop sugar
-Insulin response will drastically change and become more adaptive to triggering fat loss
#5) Don't think you can't enjoy your life
-Restaurants can be flexible, find which can work with you
#6) Accept that you'll be hungry
-Try to eat HIGH VOLUME foods, this will eliminate your cravings
-Stay hydrated
#7) Don't be lazy
-Make time for physical activity to get to the gym for cardio and your plan
-Utilize apps to help you obtain food (Instacart, etc)
#8) You don't always need "fuel"
-Get the mentality that you need food in your body all the time - your body has plenty of energy stores to tap into!
#9) Avoid weekend blowouts
-These days will spill over and ALL MATTER, don't eat poor quality foods!
#10) You make excuses - "I don't have time"
-You need to decide to make the change and invest the time and prioritize to MAKE the change
