Fitness Diary #5: 30 Minute Workout

Right now I have two series im writing, Fitness diary which you are reading right now and Fitness logs that I will be doing once a month and showing the changes of my body if there is any change that is.

NEW SERIES

Thats right! I am creating a new series called FitME. It will be wrote every single week for 8 weeks, because of my series Fitness diary being revolving around what I do at the gym FitME will be what I eat for the week all in one blog post! I'd like to thank @denisoi

Exercise 1

Close Grip Bench Press

Close Grip Bench Press is loads of fun and I enjoy it way more that normal bench press but it hit the triceps a lot more than it hits your chest muscles.

My performance

45lbs x 5 Reps (warm0up)

95lbs x 8 Reps

115lbs x 8 Reps

135lbs x 9 Reps

135lbs x 7 Reps

Exercise 2

Bicep Curls

Another great exercise that I love doing, honestly I love arm day!

25lbs x 8 Reps

30lbs x 8 Reps

40lbs x 7 Reps

30lbs x 8 Reps

Exercise 3

Cable rope pull down & Bench Dip super set

75lbs x 8 Reps (Super set body weight bench dip for 8 Reps

(4 Sets)

Exercise 4

Easy Bar Cable Curl

I stayed on the same weight for this full exercise and I never pushed myself, I done 7 reps of 45lbs on the inside grip and 7 reps of 45lbs on the outside grip. I really feel I could of went with 60lbs of weight for this exercise. I done 3 sets.
