I always thought exercise was meant for people trying to loose weight. Then i stumbled on other benefits of exercise, just like the ones mentioned in this post.
Since i picked up the challenge to exercise for at least 20min a day, i can say i am more agile, mentally alert, i have more stamina and i am more comfortable with my body.
This is a very good article, and will help people who reason as i did.
