I’m back! Guess what?!
Sorry I have been MIA for a little while. I have been busy with some amazing transitions in my life.
I have decided that I am going to get my body ready for a bikini contest.
I have been counting macros the past couple of days and working out like crazy! I’ll show you what kind of food I’ve been eating. Remember that this is all vegetarian:

Balsamic Chick’N on Quinoa with Green Beans-
I have gained muscle weight back these passed 2-3 weeks. I am feeling pretty amazing and now focusing more on upper body and abs.
