The 500 Workout
This workout is not all fun and games. it consists of:
100 leg-lifts
100 burpees
100 jump-squats
100 re-set pushups
100 crunches
This can be completed in no particular and is intended to be completed as fast as one can. You can even break up each workout as long as a 100 of each is completed. Comment your fastest time completed. I've done it a few times and completed it in under twenty minutes! lets see who can beat that!
