A human being should be lean, fit, strong & healthy NOT a slender, slim TOFI.
If you can't lift 100% of your weight on deadlift, you are weak.
If you cannot squat 80% of your weight, you are weak.
If you cannot chest press at least 50% of your body weight, you are weak.
If you cannot shoulder press 20% of your body weight, you are weak.
