Now it might look easy, but think of how much body tension those moves require. You actually need quite a lot of strength to hold you body in those positions wich is one of the reasons why pole dance is such a great workout =)
the upper arm "pulls down" while you need to push yourself up with your lower arm
It's important to engage all your muscles while performing the move in order to prevent injuries


Die Kombination sieht zwar einfach aus, man braucht aber verdammt viel Körperspannung, um die Figuren zu halten. Die Spins brauchen ziehmlich viel Kraft. Unter anderem deswegen eignet sich Pole Dance so gut als Workout
Mit dem oberen Arm "zieht man sinnbildlich nach unten" während der untere Arm stützt. Dabei sollte man darauf achten, nicht in den Gelenken zu "hängen" sondern die Figur aktiv und kraftvoll auszuführen, um Verletzungen zu vermeiden.
