Just I challenged Burpees sport.
Burpees completed 110 times in 10 minutes,
This Burgeses movement, I was doing it for the first time.
But I wake up every morning would to runing for 1.5 hours.
also would to runing 1.5 hours in the evening.
Running is my way of exercising for many years.
The Burpees you introduced,
I just found it on the internet.
Is the first time to do,
