the workout:
skull crushers x 2 warm up x 3 heavy set
straight bar pressdowns x 4 heavy / superset with bodyweight dips
overhead rope extensions x 4

dumbbell curls x 2 warm up x 4 working sets
cable preacher curls x 2 heavy sets
overhead machine curls x 3 sets
