Total body banded workout

Total body workouts are IDEAL for people who can't get to a gym more than 3x a week.

This one can be done from ANYWHERE- just grab a band and find some open space.

1.Chest press (low)

  1. Alternating chess press
  2. Shoulder press
    4.Squat to press
  3. Single leg RDL into row
  4. Squat to row
  5. Alternating reverse lunges with row
  6. Tricep Overhead extensions
  7. Chop across

Try 4-5 rounds doing 10-15 reps each. ;)
