Benefits of exercise
Talking about exercise, the human body like I said in a recent post of mine is like a machine. It works every day and night for our own benefits. This body of ours burn its fuel (energy) on daily purpose and those burnt fuels (energy) must be replaced with healthy food and exercise.
The exercise is like keeping your car warm every morning before you leave for work. This procedure keeps the car engine running smoothly and it allows the cars to start whenever it's needed. Failure to keep the engine warm every morning before use can lead the car to quick breakdown.
The warming of your car engine every morning is the same as exercising your body. The exercise keeps your body hormonal system active and ready to work. The more active the system is, the more healthy the body remains.
Exercising your body on a daily basis is lit3rarilly the best thing any human should do in order to stay fit and healthy. Sure, good health is kind of not easy to maintain but trust me when I tell you guys that there are many ways to keep a good healthy state of the body. Exercise cost nothing to achieve. Running a few meters and skipping a few minutes before embarking on any daily activity is a good way of telling the body to get ready for work. The body adapts to this system of activities and therefore makes it a hobby.

My question is: what to do to have the energy to be active next to working and doing the daily activities..because i noticed most of active people do consume quite a lot of coffee and caffeine based drinks...
Good question @thebutterfly.Coffee and caffeine based drinks are basically classed as stimulants. They are good at some point but too much of it is disastrous. For adults, it is quite okay but not in excess while for children, it is not safe.
To be on a safer side of gaining energy for daily activities, consume less caffeine based drinks and exercise more to keep your hormone system and body in a good working condition.
Although I barely manage my activities at the moment, I will test your theory and exercise more or at least as often as I can, I do not drink much coffee because its not good for my stomach but i do drink green tea which changed my life almost, i think its the best drink you can get :), anyway thanks for reply
One routine I used to do last time to build my body was to drink a cup of coffee after waking up and do some High Intensity Interval Training right after, the body felt so much fresh and pump up for the day. Thanks for such a great write up.
