Leg training - routine for steel legs
Leg day is never one of those days that you look forward to in the gym and there are many reasons why it is not so. Sometimes it causes vomiting, one walks weird, bars are needed every time you have to sit in the toilet and those are just some of the side effects of a good day of legs.
I recommend these exercises that I did in this video.
- Free squat
- Squat machine
- Dead weight
- Jaca lever
4 sets x 12 repetitions, then 10 repetitions, 8 repetitions and 6 repetitions.
Try to avoid using a training belt unless you have back problems that require your use. In this way you will work more on the stabilizing muscles of the spine and it will become stronger.
