STOP wasting hour on end in the gym and trying out all the new diets. Lets be honest there isn't a miracle pill or a get lean magic trick that work... But there is for sure ways to speed up and improve they way you loose fat for that beach body!

Many people think that is they do not have abs they have to do ab workouts every day and for 30 mins at a time?? Well that might give you strong abs, it sure as HELL will not give you visible abs. The first thing that you want to do is start to loose weight and decrease your body fat percentage, once you have lower your body fat percentage only then will you tart to see your abs.

Follow these easy step to see some amazing results within weeks:
~Intermittent fasting:
This one one of my best advice to give to someone starting out! What this basically means is that you have to fast for a certain amount of hour in the day (normally 16 hours) and then you have a time slot to consume all of your food ( 8 hours ).
This allows you to eat all of your meals in a small amount of time and this prevents you from over eating as you will only eat about two big meals in that time. Most people belief that you have to eat lots of small meals throughout the day to loose weight but that is not the case! All you have to do is eat less calories that you burn throughout the day.

~ Eat foods that help with fat loss.
There are many ways to increase your fat loss process. One of them is to eat cayenne pepper and cinnamon. These two ingredients will help to increase your metabolism and cause your body to burn more fat in the day! If you try to these two ingredient with all of your meals and combine them with drinking enough water then you are on your way to loose weight.

~Keep your workouts hard and steemy ( pun intended ).
You do not have to go to the gym for 2 hours at a time to see some results. When you go to the gym, enter with the right mindset and try to keep focus. When doing your sets try to rest as little as possible in between them. You might have to drop the weight a little but then you are getting in a better workout and in less time. Don't be the guy or girl who goes to the gym for social time and who sits on there phone busy tweeting and messaging in between sets. The harder you work in the gym the faster and better results you will start to see. The nice thing about lifting weights is that when you increase the amount of muscle you have you will automatically start to loose more fat, for your body needs more fuel( fat cells ) to keep it going!
