Things I've learned in Fitness
Will-Power
-The importance of accomplishing short-term goals.
Humility
-I once missed the bench while holding dumbbells. I rolled on the floor but was fine.
Self-Confidence
-After getting back on the bench my lifts were great.
Compassion
-Fitness can be very difficult for others.
Self-Awareness
-My life belongs to me, lighten up and do the right thing for myself.
This was just one day, I’ve learned more since then.

Thank you.
Sport is good for your body and your brain.
I enjoyed reading you , It inspires me to go back to gym ( I had a baby a year ago and sooo need to get back on the fitness mat)

I agree and can relate to all of those.
Humility is a big one. Somewhere in the mileage range of 16-24 on marathon I get a great dose of humility. Great post. Resteemed
Marathons are no joke! Think I'll stick with sprints for awhile.
